Another Wet One

The sun didn't shine today in Yokosuka. One day it's clear and sunny, the next it feels like a wet rag. This Honda Dio scooter, one of hundreds of scooters and motorcycles parked in front of the Daiei Mall, shows fluid evidence of abandonment by its rider. That helmet has been collecting water for some time.
